CROSSFIT CLASS

Reach Peak Fitness With CrossFit

Our Frankfurt CrossFit group classes are guided by experienced and certified coaches. The class size consists of up to 12 participants. The CrossFit class is made for all levels, from total beginners to even advanced athletes. The class lasts one hour, and will be generally structured as follows (this may vary from class to class):

  • Warm Up
  • Skill Practice/Strength
  • CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)
  • Cool Down

Every CrossFit class includes a WOD (Workout of the Day). WODs are made of functional movements that are constantly varied and performed at a relatively high intensity. Functional movements can be found in everyday life and not only in the gym, such as picking up groceries from the floor (deadlifts), getting up out of a chair (air squat) or placing items on a shelf (press). The CrossFit methodology combines the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular endurance to maximize the fitness output in a given period of time. CrossFit workouts include squatting, lifting, pulling, and pressing, as well as other strength and conditioning exercises that increase your stamina, endurance, strength, power, flexibility and agility.
